I have been interested in real estate and finance for as long as I can remember. I bought my first property when I was just 19. I served as landlord, tenant, and did my own property management and maintenance even installing hardwood floors in every room and tiled the kitchen and bathrooms by myself!I graduated from University of South Carolina with Honors with a B.S. degree in Biology. I was also a Master’s student in the university’s Biomedical Engineering program. After my formal education was over, I began a new life path in finance and completed extensive study in the prestigious MetLife Financial training program working towards my Series 6, 7, 63, and 65. Today I help clients pursue their real estate and financial dreams. My areas of expertise cover a broad range from helping customers with statistical analysis to cultivating lasting relationships and created a trustworthy bond.
As a proud Egyptian American, I speak both English and Arabic fluently. My life experiences have helped me to understand the importance of culture and personal understanding as key elements for creating lasting success.A few years ago I decided my future was waiting in the West. I rented my first house out, packed up my dog and jeep, rented a 16’ trailer and drove across the country to start a new life in Denver. I hope to change the lives of every single one of Freedom in 10’s many clients.
I remember the day that I sat on my couch and read Rich Dad, Poor Dad in the winter of 2002. I couldn’t put the book down and almost read it all in one day. From that day on, I knew that I wanted to invest in real estate and I knew I wanted to own a business. A few months later, I decided to become a mortgage loan originator, and I started in January of 2003. I did not buy my first property until December of 2006. I purchased a property for $141,000 and had two roommates to help me cover the mortgage. After a lot of hard work and by knowing where I wanted to go, I have been able to accomplish my goals. As it stands today, 11 years later and in my 30’s, I was able to develop a sizeable real estate portfolio that most people who are looking to retire only wish they had to fall back on. In 2010, I became a Financial Advisor, and I obtained my FINRA Series 7 license. I have continued to do mortgage lending, and I’m proudly one of the most successful mortgage originators in the Denver Metro area. In the last four years alone, my team and I have funded over 112 million dollars in loans. As the founder of Freedom in 10, I want to help you because I know you can do it too!
My mission is to help you become financially free using real estate as a wealth-building vehicle, so you can make the impact in the world that you were meant to make!
